eXchequer365 offers a secure platform for accessing your Exchequer accounting data via iPhone or iPod Touch, facilitating remote management of business information.

Given the increasing importance of timely data access, the application enables users to verify customer balances, review inventory levels, authorize orders, or email invoices directly from their mobile devices. Its consistent interface across multiple devices ensures ease of use and familiarity, allowing for seamless transitions between platforms.

The application provides comprehensive access to account and ledger details, including invoices, payments, and orders, with the capability to drill down into source documents in PDF format for detailed review. For instance, on-site personnel can efficiently retrieve account information during customer visits and quickly generate or email statements or invoices as needed. Advanced search functions utilizing wildcards enable rapid location of specific data points.

The “My Reports” feature consolidates a personalized list of reports and documents, which can include sales summaries, Excel management packs, HR documentation, or procedural guides. These are stored locally for quick retrieval and are updated dynamically upon request.

An in-app demonstration mode is available for evaluation purposes—activatable via the 'Demo Mode' switch in Settings. For operational use, an installed Exchequer solution with the eXchequer365 module enabled is required.
